THE METHOD · PART IV

Two engines. One business.

Revenue Harmony Management begins with the harmony between the Economic Engine and the Social Engine. Not a balance of scores. The relationships through which a business creates, experiences and captures value.

THE CORE

Harmony is not balance.

There is no universal middle point between economic and social value. The question is whether the way the business captures value preserves the material conditions it needs to keep creating it.

A DISCIPLINE, NOT AN IDEOLOGY

Not every decision needs a larger model.

When economic evidence is sufficient and no other material relationship changes the interpretation, the most rigorous RHM decision may be exactly the one Revenue Management already recommended.
