Revenue Harmony Management is a management discipline, not an AI feature. Chapter 26 defines the software category that can represent it natively: Revenue Harmony Management System, or RHMS.
A smarter RMS is not automatically an RHMS.
An AI Revenue Management System may produce sophisticated forecasts, automated pricing and conversational explanations while still organizing the decision around Revenue Management. RHMS begins when RHM itself defines what the system understands.
