Revenue Harmony Management System, or RHMS, is the software category that gives technological form to Revenue Harmony Management as a native decision discipline.
An RHMS preserves, in computational form, the discipline’s domain knowledge, the representation of the Economic Engine and the Social Engine and the relationships between them, the provenance and status of evidence, the ability to inspect interpretations, and human authority over decisions and their consequences.
It does not prescribe a particular technical architecture.

The proposed RHMS category is not simply a conventional pricing tool with extra figures. It would need to work with the knowledge and limits of RHM.
