FROM THE ORIGINAL BOOK GLOSSARY
Sustainable Price Ceiling describes the upper price range a product or service can sustain repeatedly under defined and comparable conditions without, in doing so, persistently reducing the capabilities and relationships that sustain its value and future demand.
It is neither the highest price achieved nor a permanent figure.

A high price may work once. To know whether it can last, look at the experience, demand and what customers are prepared to keep buying.
