FROM THE ORIGINAL BOOK GLOSSARY
Demand Quality is a contextual property of a cohort, flow, or pattern of demand that describes both its present economic contribution and its observed or inferred effects on products or services, social conditions, experience, Capture Quality, and future demand.
It exists in the relationship between demand and the system that receives it. It is not a judgment of human worth, an individual score, or a hierarchy of consumer types.
THINK ABOUT IT
What does this customer bring today, and what might follow?
A booking has a price and a cost. It may also change the experience for others or the demand that follows. We need to examine the actual effects, not judge people by labels.
